Front loading dishwashers otherwise known as,cabinet or undercounter models
are normally available with either 450 sq (14 plates) or 500sq (18plates) baskets
Wash cycles vary from 60 secs up to 180 secs (or more) subject to make model & cost. Some models have gravity drains which means that the waste outlet of the machine needs to be higher than your waste pipe, ie you may need to purchase a stand.
Machines with integral drain pumps cost a bit more but they can be fitted under work tops or onto stands giving greater flexibility
Power requirements range from 2.8kw through to 7.2kw so please check your power supply & the machine specification before ordering.
Most areas of the UK have "hard water" so it is most important that you fit a water softener to help avoid problems caused by lime scale otherwise your warranty could be invalidated.

Control panels feature less expensive but easy to use long-life electro-mechanical components rather than advanced computer chips. Rinse aid and detergent dosing dispensers are built in and drain pump options are available.
